We have three private dining areas and the restaurant can be booked for private events
The Wedgwood table in the Upper restaurant offers a semi private area to enjoy a lunch or dinner party but still retains the character of the main restaurant. A circular table can accommodate eight to twelve guests or we can seat up to sixteen guests on an oval table. There is no room hire charge for this area of the restaurant.
Seats up to 16 guests
The Benjamin Wyatt room, named after the architect of Swinfen Hall, is the original dining room. This oak-panelled room with it’s fabulous wood-carved fireplace and twin chandeliers is a lovely venue for private lunches and dinners. It can comfortably seat up to 22 guests on one large oval table and there is no room hire charge for 16 guests or more.

The oak-panelled ballroom with its 24-foot high ceiling and double doors leading to the Edwardian bar is a magnificent setting for private lunches and dinner parties. One large oval table down the centre of the room (as it was historically set for entertaining) can accommodate 20 to 36 guests in splendid style with the raised stage as a focal point for celebratory cakes or musical entertainment. For larger parties, we can seat up to 80 guests on round tables with the fully-sprung dance floor uncovered or 110 guests without the dance floor.
